The Springy arrow rest is a simple yet very time proven accesory.  The brilliant design allows your arrow to have only one small contact point, yet the spring flexes in all directions to help absorb and negate flaws in your shot.  The one thing you will immediately notice is how forgiving this rest is on arrow flight and target impact compared to shooting off of the shelf.
