Icarus Forge - Cutthroat Fixed Blade

This design is aptly named after the Cutthroat trout, Colorado’s state fish. Some of my greatest joys growing up in Colorado came from fishing, hunting, and exploring the Rocky Mountains. This bird and trout knife is a combination of a small filet with a large belly skinner, suited for dressing and cleaning anything from small trout to large game using different features of the knife like the small recurve, upswept tip, and large belly that enables a comfortable pinch grip.
