Rampart bows come from Louisville, Colorado at the northern perimeter of the Denver metro area. John Gottshalk is a retired cabinet maker who has taken his skills and perfectionist personality to bow making.

After years of refining his design, John came up with a dandy. Rampart bows have no equal when comparing price to quality and price to the way they shoot. The Ramparts shoot with any of the finest custom recurves in the country. The Rampart Recurve has been rapidly adding up traditional harvests, including the pending world record water buffalo from Australia. The 3 piece Rampart Longbow could be described the same way.
